We can’t understand why people buy man-made versions of things nature already provides. For example, why eat Sour Patch Kids, when there’s tamarind? It’s the same thing with cotton candy fruit. It really tastes and smells just like cotton candy! Try it by muddling some for cocktails or using it for sauces and glazes on main dishes or desserts. The mango gang will be so jealous.
